We will have In Person Absentee Voting taking place at the Administration Building (in the Fiscal Courtroom) in Burlington, starting on Monday, June 8, 2020 through Monday, June 22, 2020. (Address is 2950 Washington Street, Burlington, KY).

Our Absentee voting will be conducted by APPOINTMENT ONLY. This will allow us to adhere to safety protocols for the protection of our voters, poll workers and employees.

We will begin scheduling these appointments Tomorrow, Monday, May 18th. Please call 859-334-2130 if you are interested in scheduling an appointment.

Appointment times will be available during the Burlington office normal business hours.
Monday, Thursday and Friday:8:30 am – 4:30 pm &
Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

*PLEASE NOTE: You can still request to have a ballot sent by mail. This can be done by emailing your request for a ballot to or by calling 859-334-2130. You will need to provide us with the following information:
•Phone Number
•Reason for request (COVID 19, etc.)

Once we have your information, you will be sent an absentee ballot application form. You will need to sign and date the application and return it to us by mail. Once we have received your signed application, a ballot will then be mailed to you.
